How to Compress Any Large File to its Lowest Size (1 GB to 10 MB - Working 100%)

File compression is a data compression method in which the logical size of a file is reduced to save disk space for easier and faster transmission over a network or the Internet. It enables the creation of a version of one or more files with the same data at a size substantially smaller than the original file

A compressed file is any file that contains one or more files or directory that is smaller than their original file size. These files make downloading faster easier and allow more data to be stored on a removable media. Common compressed file extensions are .ZIP, .RAR, .ARJ, .TAR.GZ, and .TGZ. Below is a larger listing of the different compressed file extensions you are likely to come across when working on a computer.

Let us took and example:-

Suppose I have a Game setup file of size 700 MB. Then I can compress it upto 90 KB. Yes you heard right. You can compress 700 MB file into 90 KB. But the Question is How ? Solution: A well known software known as "KGB Archiver Software"

KGB Archiver is the compression tool with unbelievable high compression rate. It surpasses even such efficient compression tool like 7zip and UHARC in terms of the abilities. KGB Archiver uses AES-256 encryption to encrypt archives.

KGB Archiver Software is the only way to Highly Compress files. But it will consume much time and may take 6 to 7 hours in compressing large files. It all depends on your processor and system ram :) Steps:-

  1. Select the file for compression and then select compression level to maximum if you want to compress it highly. High Compression = More time consumed :)

  2. Select File Format as kgb (not rar or zip)

  3. Start and wait until file get compressed.

Again I am telling you it will take a lot of time depending on your system specifications and file size. Note - Files those are compressed by KGB archiver will be decompressed by same software at other end. You cannot decompress them with WINRAR or any other extractor.
